These terms explain how MY PANDAL.COM works and what we each expect from the other. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What MY PANDAL.COM is

MY PANDAL.COM is an online marketplace that helps puja committees and other customers in West Bengal find and book artists such as idol makers, pandal designers, lighting artists and theme decorators. We provide the platform. We do not make idols, build pandals or carry out any artistic work ourselves.

2. Your account

• You sign up with your name, phone number and a password. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• One person, one account per role. Do not pretend to be someone else.

3. Our role, and yours

When a customer books an artist, the agreement for the work is between that customer and that artist. MY PANDAL.COM is not a party to it. Price, design, schedule, materials and delivery are for the two of you to agree.

We work to show real artists and honest profiles, but we cannot guarantee any artist’s quality, availability or pricing, or any customer’s requirements. Please check portfolios and reviews, speak to the other side, and agree important details in writing before work starts.

4. Bookings and payments

You can send and accept booking requests through the site. Once an artist accepts, both sides can see each other’s phone number so they can coordinate. Payments for work, including any advance, are arranged directly between customer and artist unless the site clearly tells you that a payment is being handled through us. Keep receipts and written confirmation of what was agreed.

5. Content you post

Artists may upload a profile photo, portfolio images and posts. You must own what you upload or have permission to use it. You give us a non-exclusive right to store and display it on MY PANDAL.COM so the service can work. You keep ownership of your content, and you can delete it from your account.

6. Reviews and ratings

Ratings should come from real work. Do not post fake or paid reviews, and do not review work you did not use. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false or break these terms.

7. What you must not do

• Post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Create fake profiles, requirements or bookings, or send spam.
• Collect other users’ details in bulk, or use them for anything other than the booking they relate to.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

8. Suspending accounts

We may limit, suspend or remove an account or content that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. You can stop using the site at any time.

9. Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the quality of work, missed deadlines, payment disputes or any other disagreement between users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in West Bengal.
